We design and deliver mine, rail, and port materials handling projects for the resources and infrastructure sectors, in Australia and select international markets.

From concept development and determining project feasibility to engineering design, project management, construction management, operational support, optimisation of operating assets and integration of new technology, Calibre Global provides a comprehensive, sole-source project development solution.

We serve as Program Managers for our clients, often managing several related projects to deliver strong commercial and performance outcomes. This level of engagement reflects a high degree of trust and confidence in our ability to deliver.

We are right-sized – capable of undertaking the largest and most complex of projects, whilst retaining flexibility to scale. Our large and diverse project portfolio confirms this ability.

In 2011, Calibre Global Pty Ltd acquired Joharko Engineers, a Brisbane-based project development and delivery service provider with strong industry links within Australia’s east coast and international coal industry, and Minerva Engineers, a Melbourne-based mining and materials handling engineering and design firm.

Established in 1994, Joharko’s experience in coal, base and precious metals processing, materials handling, technical services and project delivery systems, complements Calibre Global’s existing Brisbane office. Joharko now operates under the Calibre Global brand from Calibre Global’s office in Brisbane, Queensland.

Minerva Engineers has substantial expertise in mining and materials handling engineering and design, with an impressive client list in the coal, iron ore and gold sectors. As with Joharko, all of Minerva’s talent has been retained and now operates under the Calibre Global brand from offices in Melbourne.
