At Calibre, we are committed to seeing indigenous people share in and contribute to the prosperity of our nation.

We strive for indigenous engagement that is based on respect and understanding, and delivers enduring value and sustainable change.

We seek to broaden the technical skills of a new generation of Indigenous Australians. Young Indigenous trainee drafts-people are gaining drafting experience, training and mentoring at Calibre whilst completing studies.

Our work with Pilbara Aboriginal Communities in the north west of Western Australia is seeing greater participation in mine and rail related projects in that region.
