2,000+ and growing…

The Calibre Group of Companies has recorded another milestone, with the Group welcoming its 2,000th team member.

“When you look back at this remarkable growth and consider that we started with just a handful of people, reaching 2,000 in nine and a half years is an achievement we are very proud of”, said Calibre Global Executive General Manager – People & Performance, Ralf Mahncke. “More importantly, we continue to value the unique contribution each individual brings to the success of our company”, he added.

The Calibre Group grew by 83 per cent in financial year 2011. Several factors have contributed to this personnel growth said Mahncke.

“Focusing on fostering a young, vibrant and dynamic organisational culture, a substantial  backlog of current and future works on some of Australia’s largest resource expansion programs, diverse and exciting career opportunities, and closer and more customised career management for our people are just some of the factors contributing to our team growth and retention”, said Mahncke.
