Ray Munro, Executive Chairman

  • Ray is a cofounder and Executive Chairman of Calibre Global. Ray has been involved in the construction industry for the past 37 years, having worked for 11 years in South Africa as Project Manager, Construction Manager and Managing Director prior to his appointment to senior project roles with Australian Engineering Consultancies. Ray has been responsible for Project Directorship of a number of successful resource development projects in Australia. Ray is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Dave Walker, Director

  • Dave is a cofounder and Director of Calibre Global. Dave has held various Senior Project Controls roles over the past 12 years with major EPCM and resource companies in Australia. Dave has been successful in developing and implementing a number of Project Delivery Management Information Systems for both Calibre and its clients. As well as his Company Director responsibilities, Dave continues to lead Calibre in the pursuit of smarter and more efficient Management Systems. Dave holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) from Victoria University of Technology and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Rod Baxter, Managing Director

  • Rod has 20 years experience in the resources sector, most recently as Managing Director of AIM/ASX listed diversified miner, Consolidated Minerals Ltd. Prior to Consolidated Minerals, Rod worked for Anglo American and Anglo Platinum in various senior executive and business development roles. Rod has a PhD and MBA qualifications.

Andrew Rowe, Director / Chief Operating Officer

  • Andrew is a Director and the Chief Operating Officer of Calibre Global. Andrew has over 16 years experience in mining, infrastructure, energy and rail industries, having worked for resource companies and engineering consultancies interstate and internationally. Andrew holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and has held senior management roles including Principal Electrical Engineer, Study Manager and more recently, Project Manager.

Andrew Edwards, Non-Executive Director

  • Andrew is a Non-Executive Director of Calibre Global. Previously a senior partner in the Perth office of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Andrew's career with PwC spanned some 35 years in Perth, Auckland and Sydney, including 24 years as a partner, and 5 years as managing partner of the Perth Practice.
