Rod Baxter, Managing Director
- Rod has 20 years experience in the resources sector, most recently as Managing Director of AIM/ASX listed diversified miner, Consolidated Minerals Ltd. Prior to Consolidated Minerals, Rod worked for Anglo American and Anglo Platinum in various senior executive and business development roles. Rod has a PhD and MBA qualifications.
Andrew Bell, Chief Financial Officer / Company Secretary
- Andrew has over 20 years corporate finance experience and has held senior financial management and Company Secretarial roles across a number of companies, including SNC-Lavalin Australia Pty Ltd, Allight Pty Ltd, Bateman Kinhill, Great Western Petroleum and Bunnings Ltd. Andrew has a Bachelor of Business, is a qualified CPA and also has a Graduate Diploma in Company Secretarial Practice. Andrew has also been awarded a Fellowship of the CPA's and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries.
Andrew Maiden, Group Strategy and Development Manager

Andrew has over 28 years of senior management experience in business process improvement, information management, corporate governance, change management, finance and people management. Andrew has held a variety of senior management and executive roles with companies including Woodside, Commonwealth Bank, Ernst & Young, Mars Inc. and Bond Media. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Western Australia. Andrew is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Andrew Rowe, Director / Chief Operating Officer
- Andrew has over 16 years experience in mining, infrastructure, energy and rail industries having worked for resource companies and engineering consultancies interstate and internationally. Andrew holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and has held senior management roles including Principal Electrical Engineer, Study Manager and more recently, Project Manager.
Garth Higgo, General Manager Strategic Development
- Garth has over 25 years experience in the engineering and financial disciplines, along with an in-depth knowledge of the mining industry. Garth has held senior management roles in the corporate finance, investment and business development sectors.
John Rukavina, Marketing Manager
- John has over 15 years experience in marketing and communications, both in international and domestic markets. He has operated in a variety of industries including engineering, government and resources. John holds a Bachelor of Business, (Marketing & Asian Business Studies) and is an Affiliate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Nick Male, Commercial Manager
- Nick has extensive international experience in all aspects of Project and/or Contract Management across a broad range of industries, some of which include Engineering Services, IT, Public Transport, Ship Repair and Conversion, Offshore (FPSO) and Construction. Nick has held a variety of senior management roles, some of which include Director - Visa Recruitment Limited, Claims Manager - ERG Limited and Managing Director - Smart Transit Pty Ltd.
Ralf Mahncke, Human Resources Manager
- Ralf has over 24 years experience in a variety of Human Resources roles in Southern Africa and Australasia. He has worked predominantly in the resources sector (minerals and petroleum) and the financial services sector and holds an Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology, is a certified Professional with the Australian Human Resources Institute and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
Dr Tony Milton, Projects Director
- Dr Tony has over 25 years experience in the delivery of major projects, both in international and domestic markets and has lead project controls functions across many sectors.
