Andrew Bell, Chief Financial Officer / Company Secretary

• Andrew has more than 18 years corporate finance experience and has held senior financial management and Company Secretarial roles across a number of companies, including SNC-Lavalin Australia Pty Ltd, Allight Pty Ltd, Bateman Kinhill, Great Western Petroleum and Bunnings Ltd. Andrew has a Bachelor of Business, is a qualified CPA and also has a Graduate Diploma in Company Secretarial Practice. Andrew has also been awarded a Fellowship of the CPA's and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries.

Keith Holmes-Brown, Corporate Manager HSEQ & Risk

• Keith has a wealth of experience in the areas of Quality, Safety, Environment & Risk Management systems with over 30 years in light, medium and heavy industry and a diverse range of service industries both as an employee and consultant.
  Keith is a registered Lead Auditor and Auditor Trainer for Quality, Safety & Environmental Management Systems, he has qualifications across many fields including Mechanical & Production Engineering, Drafting, Quality, Safety, Environment and Training ranging from Certificate to Post Graduate level.

Ali Kiafar, IT Manager

• Ali's career in IT spans over 20 years working in the manufacturing and IT Services industries. Ali has extensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, various operating systems, writing computer programs, designing computer systems and websites. His qualifications include a Masters of Science in Engineering of Dynamic Systems and an Honours degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Ralf Mahncke, Human Resources Manager

• Ralf has over 24 years experience in a variety of Human Resources roles in Southern Africa and Australasia. He has worked predominantly in the resources sector (minerals and petroleum) and the financial services sector and holds an Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology, is a certified Professional with the Australian Human Resources Institute and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Andrew Maiden, Corporate Services Manager

• Andrew has over 28 years of senior management experience in business process improvement, information management, corporate governance, change management, finance and people management. Andrew has held a variety of senior management and executive roles with companies including Woodside, Commonwealth Bank, Ernst & Young, Mars Inc. and Bond Media. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Western Australia. Andrew is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Nick Male, Commercial Manager

• Nick has extensive international experience in all aspects of Project and/or Contract Management across a broad range of industries, some of which include Engineering Services, IT, Public Transport, Ship Repair and Conversion, Offshore (FPSO) and Construction. Nick has held a variety of senior management roles, some of which include Director - Visa Recruitment Limited, Claims Manager - ERG Limited and Managing Director - Smart Transit Pty Ltd.

John Rukavina, Marketing Manager

• John has over 15 years experience in marketing and communications, both in international and domestic markets. He has operated in a variety of industries including engineering, government and resources. John holds a Bachelor of Business, (Marketing & Asian Business Studies) and is an Affiliate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
