Recruitment Manager
Calibre Global is an Australian-based, international provider of project management, engineering and consultancy services to resources and infrastructure industries.
\We are seeking applications from experienced and highly motivated individuals to fill the role of Recruitment Manager.
- The role involves:

- Leading the Human Resources (HR) Recruitment Team in the delivery of recruitment services to all Calibre business units and support departments.
- Accountability for the recruitment strategy, resource management, recruitment process and systems, relationship and contract management of all agency and recruitment firms.
- Liaises with the Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs to assist in sponsorship and temporary work permits.
- Resource requirement management, specifically forecasting future resource needs.
- Providing advice and information on relevant legislation regarding recruitment and selection to relevant personnel (including HR team members and line management).
- Updating recruitment and selection procedures when required to reflect changes in legislation.
- Facilitating training workshops with the HR team in recruitment and selection procedures aligned to the Calibre business objectives and HR strategic plan.
- To be successful in this role the applicant would possess:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications, preferably in HR Management.
- Ten years experience as a HR Recruiter.
- Demonstrated successful relevant experience in a senior HR role, preferably from the mining, resources, or engineering industry.
- Management and leadership experience, including direct line supervision.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR recruitment strategies.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to contribute to the strategy and planning process, "can see the big picture”.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise.
