Calibre Global expands multi-billion dollar program of works

Calibre Global continues to expand its portfolio of works under program management, with the Company currently engaged in multi-billion dollar client expansion programs in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

With an estimated capital value of Pilbara projects in study, design or delivery of over A$19 Billion, Calibre Global is working with key clients such as Rio Tinto, BHP Billiton and Fortescue to deliver commercial and performance outcomes aligned to our client’s needs.

“By providing an integrated services platform across the asset lifecycle, we are able to work in close collaboration with our clients, over a series of related projects to achieve shared program goals”, said Calibre Global’s Chief Operating Officer, Don Johnson.

For Rio Tinto, Calibre Global is in field execution for the delivery of the Western Turner Brockman Project, Hope Downs 4 Rail Project and Rail Capacity Enhancement Projects (283, 333 and Autohaul). The Company is further engaged in multiple studies and engineering design for additional expansion works.

Similarly, Calibre Global is delivering projects for BHP Billiton Iron Ore on the Port Hedland Inner Harbour Rail Project and the Jimblebar Rail Project, and for Fortescue on the T155 Rail Expansion Project.

Calibre Global has delivered amongst the largest and most complex iron ore mine and rail developments in Australia and is expanding its presence in the Eastern States of Australia and emerging international growth markets.
